Little Things

I went and removed the wiki from Google and other search engines. I forced Google to do a crawl across the site with their removal tool. As long as a search engine behaves well and reads my robots.txt files, we should be fine. I also spent the time to import the [...]

New Look

I downloaded a new theme for the site (instead of attempting to make my own) and putzed around with it to make it look like I wanted to. The result is, orange zest… the new look for CLAMP Campus Adventures.
It’s a little less… busy.
I’m still working on a little bit here and there, [...]

Auction RSS Fixed

At some point the site we used for the eBay RSS feed crashed and has been down ever since. This morning, I noticed when checking our auctions, eBay has added an RSS feed for the search. So, I changed our Feedburner link to hit that instead and the feed is back. Sorry if it caused any inconvienence to people monitoring our auctions using that method.

Looking Good

Today my honeypot caught another evil spam harvester. That’s the second one the honeypot on this site has caught. I’ve got one over on Money Stuffed too, but it hasn’t caught anything quite yet.

My honeypot is part of Project Honeypot, which describes itself as follows

Deadline Management

Being the geek I am, I installed dotProject Project Management Software on my site in order for Carl and myself to manage our household chores (and various deadlines). Right now there’s the ‘Cleaning’ project set up. Under that project exists tasks such as ‘Pick up the Blue Room’, ‘Pick up the [...]

The feed originally set up by Carl has incorrect end dates to the auctions. This is the downside of the feed, but the upside is it’s pretty compact. I found another eBay auction feed generator and have created a new feed which is now visible on the eBay Auctions and Sales page of this site.
