Week 2 - Run 1

I’m actually going to miss a run this week. I had planned to go on Tuesday but we decided to book a last minute ballroom dance lesson and do that instead. We hadn’t been dancing in a couple of weeks.

So run 1 was supposed to be 3 miles and run 2 was supposed to be 4 miles. I split the difference and did 3.5 miles today. On Saturday morning, I’ll do 5 miles, possibly doing the intervals twice instead of once and walking the rest like I have been doing.
