Calibration and Nike+ Hack

Today we went out to the high school track (by the way, the Winthrop High track is in dreadful condition) and calibrated my Nike+. I walked around the track once (400 meters) and then ran it. It was a lot harder to run than I thought it would be, but I managed it. Tomorrow, I go out on my first week #2 run. I’m going to have to run in longer intervals this week. I had trouble last week, but here’s to hoping.

I finally got my USB Shuttle and completed my Nike+ shoe pouch hack. Here are my pictures:

It seemed to work well during the short track run. The true test will be tomorrow. I do have some pretty small feet (size 6!), so I’m a tad worried about stability.
