Did you have any problems with Transunion? They’re annoying the heck out of me. I’m actually sending a letter to the FTC with feedback on this.
They insisted I had a login with their site (I do with all of them) and wanted me to log in, so I did. I opt to pay the $5.95 for the score, enter my credit card information and then they tell me “can’t process at this time, mail or call.” So I call the # listed, the guy insists it’s working right and then when it still tells me it can’t process, I have to call another phone #, the official annual credit report # to get it.
Their phone system leaves a lot to be desired, more info for my FTC feedback letter.
Ugh. It’s a shame, too. Everything was perfectly fine until I got to Transunion.
No problems. They asked me to pay for $5.95 and I refused. I then had to answer account questions to get my online report, which I immediately printed to PDF.
The one that asked me the most for purchasing their products was Equifax. And then, Equifax saves all your info in their database, and you have to be careful to remember to change it so you can get back into your profile and OPT-OUT of them sending your info to third parties.
