WordPress 1.5.1.3
Published by Elana June 29th, 2005 in Site Admin, WordPress.There is apparently a significant security risk in the last version of WordPress (1.5.1.2) which required an immediate fix or upgrade. There is more information here about the steps required. The security hole hasn’t been released to the public yet.
I upgraded my site with little trouble. I did some other site maintenance while I was at it and will be trying some more remote post tests this evening or tomorrow (depending on how into Knights of the Old Republic I get).
I just wanted to see what this looked like on your page on an entry with a trackback.
Be careful. Posting to older entries does work on your karma.
That said, feel free to test trackbacks and pingbacks versus my blog if you need to test.
